Resilience DRRM Consultancy serves as the cornerstone of our services. Drawing on over two decades of experience, we have successfully guided barangays in achieving and maintaining the prestigious Gawad Kalasag Awards for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM). We firmly believe that effective DRRM begins at the grassroots level. Our expertise lies in delivering evidence-based, step-by-step guidance, equipping communities with the knowledge and tools necessary to build resilience.
Complementing our consultancy services is the Resilience EMS Training Unit. Acknowledging the critical role of emergency medical services (EMS) in disaster response, we provide tailored training programs designed to meet the specific needs of each community. Our approach emphasizes practical skills and knowledge, empowering individuals to become first responders within their neighborhoods.

DRRM Audit
The initial step in assessing an area's capabilities and identifying existing hazards. This includes conducting interviews, reviewing documents, and performing site inspections. The findings will inform the development of a DRRM program aligned with the Department of the Interior and Local Government's Seal of Good Local Governance and Gawad Kalasag standards.
Case Presentation
Following the DRRM audit, we will conduct a comprehensive case presentation to stakeholders, outlining the community's strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities to establish a solid foundation for targeted solutions.
App Usage
We will develop a customized app to support the community throughout the disaster management cycle, facilitating pre-disaster planning, ongoing operations, and post-disaster recovery efforts. Mandatory reporting features will encourage active participation from all stakeholders.
